Coconut Oil

Coconut Oil  is an oil extracted from the flesh of dried coconuts. This oil is very popular these days. We have used it in baking. Fried potatoes with it, and even made scrambled eggs. At the beginning the taste was funny. Now we add a few teaspoons to any dish. It gives a rich taste, coconut flavor disappears when you mix it with other oils.

Our oil is made in Jordan “I swear” People sometimes smile or look at us in a funny way when we tell them that. They are used to this oil coming from Asia.
