Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is a common and traditional herb with potential health benefits and encompasses high nutritional value. For centuries, it has been used as alternative medicine in China to treat skin disorders and many other conditions. Fenugreek seeds, also known as methi seeds, are a common ingredient in different cuisines.
