The ingredients
One large pumpkin peeled and cut in small pieces
2 cloves garlic peeled and mashed

6 tablespoons pumpkin seed oil
2 large tablespoons vinegar
1-2 tablespoons of honey
1/2 teaspoon mixed spices
Directions
The oven is heated to 200 ° C . Peel the pumpkin and get rid of the seeds and wash with cold water and dry with drying paper. Cut into small pieces. Put in an oven tray. Add sugar, garlic, oil and stir all ingredients. Put it in the oven until the pumpkin becomes slightly brown or becomes tender. To make the sauce: Mix the pumpkin oil with honey, vinegar and spices in a bowl and heat a little. Place over the pumpkin and decorate with rucola leaves.
